The Annual General Meeting and Christmas Lunch is the last hurrah of the year where we reflect on the past year and get a sense of what the coming year will bring. Held once again this year at the Ajax Convention Centre.
Our Professional Development Series (PDS) was developed to assist our small business members (25 employees and under) grow their business by offering practical, comprehensive educational seminars on relevant, timely topics led by industry experts. After the successful launch and reception of the series in 2012, we are pleased to announce the new series for 2013/14 beginning October 16, 2013. The target for this series are owners or employees of small businesses without a marketing department or staff person but want or need to learn more about current online marketing strategies and skills.
Once you decide to attend a tradeshow there are three things you can do in order to get the highest ROI that you can.
1) Market Your Attendance
It is important that prospects know that you are attending a tradeshow, as some prospects who want more information about your business and products, may attend the show. You should market your attendance on your website, social media, and even print advertising if you have enough time prior to going.

Before you go to a tradeshow and purchase promotional items, keep this thought in mind. Promotional items are a great way for prospects to remember you after the tradeshow, if you choose the right one.
