Boardroom Rental: Boardroom available for rent located at the offices of the Ajax-Pickering Board of Trade. Daily rates for members for the small boardroom start at $15/hour with the 1st hour complimentary. Rates for the large boardroom are: complimentary for the first hour and $25 for subsequent hours. Business Directory: This buyers’ guide, published once a year and is distributed free of charge to all members, offers three complimentary listings, by business name, type and by personal contact.  Additional advertising opportunities are available within the guide. The directory is placed at the City and Town offices as well as the Economic Development Offices of each Municipality, and this year will again be distributed to more than 2000 key businesses in the area.
