Makimono renovations a hit with networking crowd
The Ajax-Pickering Board of Trade returned to Makimono Restaurant in Pickering for its July 13 Networking After 5 event.
The restaurant's renovations since our last visit were extensive and a wonderful improvement. But something that didn't change was the generousity of the hosts and the top quality and quantity of the excellent food served.
Bob Rockbrune, an event sponsor, talked about the services his Ajax-based Rockbrune Bros. Movers offers.

The networking event was sponsored by series sponsors CIBC, Johnson Insurance, R&G Auto and Sun Life Financial advisor Don Turnbull. The event sponsors this time were Brooks Creative Branding & Consulting, Pine Ridge Memorial Gardens, Rockbrune Bros. Movers and Sunshade Blinds & Drapery.
The Board of Trade's next networking event is a breakfast at the Pickering Town Centre food court on Aug. 10. Stay tuned to the upcoming events section of our website for registration details when they are available.
