Are you caring for aging parents or loved ones while supporting children, family, work, and yourself? If so, you may be navigating the Sandwich Years—and you don't have to do it alone.

Join us at the Ajax Public Library for an evening of connection, conversation, and practical support. This free community event is designed to help caregivers and families access trusted resources, learn from local experts, and connect with others who understand the unique challenges of this stage of life.

During the evening, you'll hear short presentations from our Sandwich Years Supportive Brands on topics including:

• Home Care & Aging in Place - Dane Clarke - Stay Home Forever
• Home Cleaning & Home Support Services - Karen Marth - Core Cleaning
• Mental Health & Caregiver Wellness - Amanda Camacho - Refreshing Waters Psychotherapy

Additional Supportive Brands will also be available throughout the evening to answer questions, share resources, and help connect you with services that can support you and your loved ones.
