WeCandle

WeCandle is a purpose-driven social enterprise focused on creating fairly paid, meaningful jobs for adults facing barriers to employment, including intellectual and developmental disabilities. We operate a professional candle studio where artisans are employed just like any other job, paid from day one, and supported through training, structure, and teamwork. Our work goes beyond making candles. We believe having a place to go, coworkers to work alongside, and a purpose to show up for each day can be life-changing. Through meaningful employment, our artisans build confidence, develop transferable skills, and gain work experience that supports long-term independence and future career opportunities. Every WeCandle product is handcrafted with care using high-quality materials, reflecting both the skill of our artisans and the belief that social impact and premium products can, and should,
